Yes, we accept all local bank in trasnfer via ipay88 or boost app. Just choose your selected bank during checkout.
3. CREDIT CARD
No. We are very sorry that we do not accept credi card or postage internationally at the moment.
4. Have problem during payment? Pending or glitches?
Step 1 : Do not re-order if you already got the order number. Do re-order if you didn't receive any confirmation order . Check your email for this order number (eg : #1234)
Step 2 : Check your total amount and do bank transfer manually (our bank details is at point no. 1)
Step 3 : When completed, reply the confirmation order emails with your payment receipt or whatsapp us the receipt with your order number. (+60146878678)

1. What courier do we use?
We use POSLAJU. If you want to request other courier provider please do whatsapp us (+60146878678) and order manual (shipping fee might vary )
2. What is estimated time of arrival of your parcel after order?
We will process the items within 1-2 days, pre-order (1-2 weeks) and you will receive your tracking number via email, and following the tracking number takes 1-2 days to arrive at your destination.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if your items did not received within 7 days. * We only ship items from Monday to Friday (NO POSTAGE ON SAT,SUN, & PUB HOLS).
3. Where do i check my tracking number?
Check your email for your tracking number, you should received the tracking within 1-2 days upon order.
4. Shipping fees
Semenanjung. FLAT RATE per order. FREE Shipping for orders above RM100.
Sabah & Sarawak : Starts at RM15 ( NO FREE POSTAGE , sorry)
5. My items received missing and damaged,OMG??
Please check your items within 24 hours upon receiving, and take a picture of the damaged items and make a report via whatsapp (+6014-6878678).
Items reported after 24 hours will not be entertained. You can choose to REPLACE or have a REFUND on the damaged items.
