IN CASE OF BROKEN BURNER
Please report your broken burner within 24 hours upon receiving your parcel.
You may request for replacement or money refund upon submitting your report.
A report could be made by submitting the picture of the broken item and box via Whatsapp at 017-5507185 ( Customer Service).
DELIVERY
Standard delivery is by J&T Express. Courier charge is flat rate at RM7 for Peninsular area and basis on J&T Express rate for different zone in Sabah and Sarawak.
Should you require any other courier services, kindly contact us via Whatsapp at+6017-5507185.
Processing time should take up to two days for ready stock and 1 to 2 weeks for pre-order. There will be no posting on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
